Returns and Exchanges

ELASCO offers a 14-day return and exchange policy for unopened or gently used product(s). All returns and exchanges are carefully reviewed on a case by case basis at ELASCO’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange that we believe is not reasonable or falls outside the scope of this Policy. If refund request is approved, Customer will be required to ship back the unopened or gently used product(s) to ELASCO and ELASCO will issue a refund at original purchase price.
