www.elascoskincare.com (the “site”) is an e-commerce site that is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). By ordering a product on the site, you acknowledge having read and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
PURCHASING TERMS
You must meet the following requirements to place an order on this site:
- Be a legal person
- Be of legal age on the day the order is placed
- Have full legal capacity
PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale by ELASCO are those that appear on the day you visit the website, subject to availability. In the event that a product is unavailable, our Customer Service Department will notify you by email as soon as possible of cancellation or partial delivery of your order. We will immediately ship you those items that are available, and the balance of the order will be shipped later with our further notice. Separate orders will not result in any extra shipping charges for express orders.
PRICES
All product prices are in US Dollars. The price doesn’t include the taxes according to the different tax rate in the different city, county and state. The express shipping fees will be added to the total order amount summary and sent by email confirmation. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time and without prior notice. However, such modifications will not concern orders accepted prior to such modifications taking effect, subject to availability of the items ordered.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made immediately upon placing the order. Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX) are the only accepted method of payment. We use a PAYPAL secure payment system and rest assured that we never store confidential information concerning the payment method used for your order.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us as quickly as possible by email order@elascoskincare.com or by phone from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST) at 909-833-1385.
MISTAKEN SHIPMENTS
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by mistaken shipments. In case of a mistaken shipment, please contact us from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PDT) at 909-833-1385 or email us at order@elascoskincare.com. Provide us with the order number and keep the mistaken product(s). We will contact the service provider to report the problem and arrange for the mistaken item(s) to be taken back.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Upon receiving your order, please verify immediately that the products have not been damaged. In case of a damaged shipment, please contact us from Monday to Friday at 909-833-1385 email us at order@elascoskincare.com, provide us with the order number, provide the picture, and keep the damaged products. We will contact the service provider to report the problem and arrange for the damaged items to be taken back.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Our system may cancel orders for a variety of reasons, including:
- Item unavailable
- Unable to process payment information
- Shipment could not be delivered to the address provided
- Duplicate orders
- Cancellation at customer request within 24 hours
In such cases, you will be notified of the problem by email.
COMPLIANCE ASSURANCE RIGHTS AND GUARANTEE
ELASCO guarantees that products are suitable for intended uses and free of flaws and hidden defects that would or render them unsafe or unsuitable for the products’ intended use. ELASCO only marketing the product by their own website as the direct sales. ELASCO’s liability to buyer, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed in any case the return of the amount of the purchase price paid by buyer and under no circumstances shall ELASCO be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
You have the possibility of registering on the site. To do so, you must fill out a registration form. You will then have personal access codes in the form of an email address/password combination. You may use these codes to identify yourself for confirmation of your order. You are solely responsible for your personal codes. In the event of loss or theft of your password, we will activate the emergency suspension procedure to suspend your ability to log on to the site. To reinstate your login rights, you must make an explicit request to the Customer Service Department using the Contact page. You will then receive a replacement password via email.
